  • 5041 Notre Dame Ave., Hanmer, ON.

Service Description

Mental Health as well Team Building Activities for Health Care Associates and First Responders are ways to provide high impact learning, increase team skills and communication, uncover leadership qualities, identify strengths and weaknesses, while improving morale and productivity. You will benefit through experiencing a sense of accomplishment when completing a challenging task and learning ways to improve communication skills. Building trust among co-workers and engaging in creative solutions come from thinking outside-the-box. This program will help improve group dynamics, build character and allows management and employees to connect on common ground. As a First Responder, would you like to have more tools in your belt when you are faced with a crisis, for example a barn fire? We have the tools that will help you do just that. Sessions can vary in time as we begin with 1.5 - 4 hour sessions. We are using horse sense to develop leaders. To book a session, call 705-561-3072. HST not included.
